AMHERST, N.Y. -- At the annual convention of the National Collegiate Athletic Association held last week in Orlando, Fla., ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ College President Gary Olson officially assumed office as chair of the powerful NCAA Division II Presidents Council, the body that helps establish policy for all D-II collegiate athletics nationwide.
